The Mech bosses were always a major part of Terraria’s History but have always felt lack luster past the 1.1 Update. Let’s change that.

  1. Some things i wanna point out:
    Terminator's printer colors attack has a gimmick to it, the boss' eye glows a color and you have to touch the clone matching it or else you start taking electricity damage.
    Overheat phase is purely visual, they used to actually affect the fight bit people didn't like it since the bosses already have a lotta attacks.
    That bug with Artificial Stinger happens when you move backwards a bit too fast (rarely encountered this during development but it is fixed in the upcoming 1.4.4 update)

In prime’s second phase he pulls back his face a bit in each corner to reveal machine guns that rapidly fire as he spins, he forms all his arms in an ark like a shuriken, surely being deadly to anyone who dares t in approach closer, and also making it near impossible to reach his head in his weakest form. On top of that, he gets a highly sped up Cthulhu dash pattern, and in his last third of health, he does all that still, but with empress of light circle and charge patterns, also launching out hundreds of destroyer probes.

    The Destroyer
    He can fly, is significantly longer, occasionally shoots out a weakened red moon lord death beam. In his laser firing stages, he will shoot Ocram level of lasers at you, and probes are the same.

    The Twins
    In the first phase Spazmatism will shoot Ichor streams before launching blasts of frostburn, hellfire, shadow flame, and cursed flames. If you get too close to Retinazer, he will shoot several ichor lasers at you. In the second phase, Spazmatism will use a flame thrower attack that mixes all the debuffs from before. Retinazer now has a random chance to shoot a red death beam. In their last third of health, Spazmatism will spin in place with his now EXTENDED flamethrower, while spinning Retinazer around him like a flail, while Retinazer simultaneously shoots Ichor lasers, normal lasers, and his extended strengthened death beam, and Spazmatism is spewing
    homing streams of Ichor with infinite distance.

    And that, is what I think
    harder upgrades bosses would be like, and red would also nerf your only hope of beating any of them.

  3. Mecha queen bee wasn’t ment to Ba a thing cause the mech bosses was meant for the revival for cathulu but the people trying to revive it couldn’t make the brain in time

  4. that bee look really sick; its sort a bullet hell but also not
    The other three however I think is a little bit too chaotic. Like, proper moon lord fight is tough (i think it's the no-getting-hit playthrough or something), and then you have this
    Queen bee is primarily projectile attacks, but eventually you would be able to figure it out and dance around.

  5. This mod definently makes retanizer a better fight cause I used to think that the only real difficulty in the twins fight was spazmatism and retanizer was just a Lazer shooter for extra projectile annoyance

  6. Im gonna be honest, this is insanely cool and i just want the creator to see this. The mechanical bosses feel out of place when they are that tough, so there should be an entire boss rework mod so every single boss it changed to be harder.
