Brain of confusion>worm scarf. The brain gives you a 16.67% (1/6) dodge chance. This means that (on average) you take 16.67% less damage, whereas the worm scarf is only slightly more at 17% damage negation. Now, the brain is more random, but this is both blessing and curse. You sometimes get no dodges for 10+ hits, and sometimes you get multiple dodges in a row. This means it occasionally saves your neck is clutch situations.
On top of that, you get a 20% increased crit chance and 10% increased summon damage for 4 seconds after dodging.
Also, Hallowed armor, black belt, and brain of confusion means you dodge like half of the hits you take which is super fun.
Honestly Iโd put spore sac in bottom A tier, super useful for getting a good amount of extra damage and if ur just tryna build without getting harassed (especially if ur building in the jungle)

Starboard is mid, soaring insignia too, broom should swap with truffle because itโs faster iirc, and worm scarf is arguably S tier based on the other placements
In what world is Skeletron's drop worse than Slime King's??? Bone Glove is a mediocre ranger item but at least it has an effect that does something. Not taking damage from slimes is more or less a pretty worthless effect by the time you get it cause killing King Slime probably means you can kill every kind of slime you'd reasonably ever see.

I agree with this list except for 2 things, Wormscarf feels like an S tier and the shield of Cuthulu is kind of mid
