Apparently this seed cold blood makes blood rain and red wasp ball on you and the block start turning into blood blocks try that I looked it up and it has a warning on it to apparently the blood golem if you find like a golem or a village and you throw a flower at it or blood in a bucket and return around and maybe do something and then when you come back it'll be a blood golem I'm sure you already tried this but when you go to the nether apparently it's all blue only the normal realm will be read the houses will turn red the trees will turn red the floor will turn red the or will turn into blood or it's crazy

the pig spawner is just a bug in the game when a chest and a zombie spawner mixes it creates a pig spawned
