Welcome to the forth episode in my stardew valley billionaire challenge series. In this video I make many upgrades to my farm, and I managed to make 85 million gold on a single sale! That means I am now at 152 million gold, meaning I am 15% of the way to one billion gold.

  1. Deconstructing treasure hunter lures bought from Willy is a cost and time effective method to get gold. 750 gold and an hour of time gets 2 bars, as opposed to 7500 for the ore, an extra 500 for the coal, and 6 or so hours to cook them.

  2. Absolutely loving this series and really enjoyed the little clip for your haters ๐Ÿ˜†I know I'll never have the patience to try this out myself so I am so pumped to watch you succeed!! Keep up the awesome work

  3. i believe the people that said iridium truffles are worth more than truffle oil were not using the artisan profession, since in that case the truffles really are worth more, but when you prepare for such huge sales as this one, changins professions for the most amount of money is optimal since the money you make from the sale is way waaay more than the pennies you will spend changing professions back and forth

  4. Agriculturist its a very underrated specialization. It's true that you can earn a lot of money with the other perk, but agriculturist plus Speed fertilizer can give you the double of products. And if you like wheat, you can harvest using just the deluxe speed, every 2 days. And they're more, because you can prevent that the soils get lost every end of season using multiple seasons seeds (like fiber seeds, coffee beans or wheat).

  5. When I fill the cave with barrel, I put 189 bottle to get old… but you have to remove some barrel every time you take back your bottles to move inside the cave.

  6. On my current farm I make around 240 million every two seasons or nearly 1 half billion each year. And what's more it requires zero effort on my part (once I got it all set up anyway). I have 30 junimo huts growing ancient fruit along with over 5,000 kegs and roughly 50,000 casks aging wine. Obviously it's modded since there would be no way to get that many casks otherwise.

To do what I did you will need the "giga farm mod" (the largest modded farm I know of), the "better casks mod" (which allows you to place casks anywhere), the "automate mod" and I also run one called "ancient fruit survive winter" which means I don't need to replant in spring and it also means I get about 4.5 additional harvests per year. If you wanted you could also run the "better junimo huts mod" which I believe has an option to allow junimos to harvest in winter which in turn would give you a further four harvests per year which in turn would increase profits an additional 33% if optimized. If you can get it to work the "super hopper mod" is also very helpful in designing production lines but it always seems broken for me.

Now most people would probably consider this cheating since it uses mods to an extreme degree, which is fair, but in my defense I did build every single one of my kegs and casks myself. The grind for resources is absurd. Even just placing them took me 3 days. You need 8,000 clay, 5,000 copper bars, 5,000 iron bars, 5,000 oak resin, 29,000 fiber, 48,000 stone, 50,000 hardwood and a whopping 1.2 million wood. And that isn't taking into account the resources you need to craft furnaces and seed makers and to smelt the iron and copper. Most of the stone, fiber and clay goes into making deluxe retaining soil for the ancient fruit so you don't need to waste space on sprinklers. Btw deluxe scarecrows are the way to go. also don't forget to have some lightning rods somewhere on the farm so you don't lose crops to lightning. Oh and also don't forget to add enough storage in the system to be able to hold all of the goods once they're processed otherwise it will cause the game to lag like crazy if it doesn't crash it altogether.

Or if you wanted to get really crazy you could fill your land with deluxe barns all filled with casks. Now this will only work on your main farm plot not on the subsidiary parts but still you could theoretically squeeze in an additional 80,000 machines over what I have which would produce well over 2x what my setup does. Of course that will mean building 460 deluxe barns which sounds like an truly immense undertaking but it's possible I suppose. Or taking it a step further you could always fill up the rest of the world with machines as well and with the help of the automate mod and junimo chests you don't even need to leave pathways (except those made by npc's of course). And with the stardew expanded mod there is a lot of new land you could use for this namely forest west and especially grampleton fields. And while we're on that subject I'm sure there are plenty of other mods which introduce extra land on which you could place machines.

Long story short I think 1 billion in a single sale is very doable, maybe even up to something like 3 billion seems like it may be possible.

  7. im actually organizing my farm to make money. since i have a max barn full of statues of perfection, i have a few coops full of furnaces and for the rest of the 6 out of 8 coops, i plan to fill them with kegs and preserves jars(2 coops for each). what else sould i fill the coops with? i also have big barns for statues and crystalariums and sheds for crops and now plan on adding cabins for casks

  8. To get alot of bone fragments, you just have to go to level 70 of the Dangerous parts of the mines (or was it 80? Whatever the level filled with skeletons) because the skeletons drops a LOT of bone fragments

  9. Preservation Jars are not worth the effort. I rather go with Cascs.

I now have the Green House and Ginger Island completely filled with Starfruit and Speed Grow Deluxe.
The regular Farm is filled with Anvient Fruit (and a little Coffee).

I also have 7 large Sheds filled with 134 Cascs each.
I use the Starfruit primarily and Ancient Fruit as backup for the Cascs.

Now the money can start rolling in๐Ÿ˜‚
