Biome Keys does not get you unique weapons. Unique Chests only. I messed up the word "chest" and "weapon." This happened due to the extreme process during editing; hence, I missed a few details. Sorry for the misleading.

The best transmutation for me: Disenchanting things so i can either: recraft them into better reforges without need to spend platinums on the platinum coin eater. Or recraft them into something else later, i.e chlorophyte armor sets into shroomite armor by disenchanting former back into bars.
As a Terraria player from 1.2 and 1.3 version and come back playing after shimmer update I have missed a lot!
Also if you throw the blindfold it will give you a pocket mirror so you don’t have to farm medusas for the ankh shield

I did my “full completion” Terraria playthrough the version BEFORE shimmer was added, so I haven’t gotten to do any of this before. I’m on a new world in Expert mode to finally make my way to the shimmer, but perhaps I wouldn’t mind doing this on my main save file
I wish i knew about the magma stone shimmer to lava charm i got atleast like 5 when i was on my mage playthrough fishing for the charm 😅😅
