Im pretty sure the Exo Avalon Reborn mod has a Mechanical Wall of Flesh. It's called the wall of steel. You should check that mod out, it has tones of alternate biomes that are really cool.

The mechanical wof would be cool to have in vannilla terraria as the final mech boss. you would need a crafting item from all 3 of the mech bosses to craft the "mechanical doll" to summon it.

If you didn’t know the seige shield accessory’s quote alone (and even the shields themselves) are a reference to sundowner from metal gear rising revengeance. The quote from the game the accessory take inspiration from has an F bomb in it so the devs probs had to remove that for child safety reasons!
