What is “hypersweating”?
I guess digging a world hole and making some Cursed Brick Wall takes some time, but it's relatively easy with Celebration Mk. II and once it's built, there's no timing or effort. Hypersweating like Mappy Railgun and 10,000 Etherian Mana Lighting Aura requires way more effort to do.
But, if you actually want to kill the DG, just use Phantasm and Blade Staff and fly sideways. It's like 30 seconds slower for way less effort lol

Not doing it on fucking master mode.
I just make a minecart rail that lets me go afk with a stardust dragon. It's slow, but I'm afk.

"Not sweating" calculates the fastest way of killing it and uses absolutely endgame gear
At this point setting up philosophers stone and using the funny invincibility chest and a basic lance is easier
Back in my console days, we just used thorns damage
Years ago me and my friends put on turtle armor. There were three of us with it on. It just killed itself trying to kill us

I'm surprised the turtle armor method wasn't brought up. Literal "insta kill". No glitches or really any effort at all.
In 1.2 mobile I used Chlorophyte shotbow with love arrows and frost armor, killed it in a couple seconds
I think I'll just stick with my sdmg and endless musket pouch
I’ve beat the dungeon guardian with the phantasm, it only took around 5 mins with that
I love to use a mine cart and mini shark pre hard mode to get it in one world. Takes forever but super fun too to setup.
