desert: have 2 npcs with 1 happy enough to sell it
snow: have 2 npcs with 1 happy enough to sell it
underground: have 2 npcs with 1 happy enough to sell it
jungle: have 2 npcs with 1 happy enough to sell it
mushroom: have 2 npcs with 1 happy enough to sell it
hallow: have 2 npcs with 1 happy enough to sell it
universal: complete bestiary then buy it from the zoologist

Does the goblin give you the best price for forging while in the snow? Does it have to be underground for that?
Me after getting all pylons with arms dealer and nurse
You can see their favorite biomes in their bestiary background
Also if you just put the nurse and arms dealer together you'll be able to get every pylon easily
You forgot universal pylon
(obtainable by getting 100% beastiary)
