the first boss i fighted was eye of ctulhu and i defeated it after 2 attempts i had iron armor and a silly little sword idk how i did beat it but im not complaining

A boy was born in the poorer parts of the North Capital named David Osberken. He grew in a divinity family being followers of the Divine, a religious faction created to purify the evil souls of hell steadily invading humanity. But as he grew, he'd distance himself to divinity, believing they are not helping against defeating the evil souls of hell, and is just helping them. He would grow out of divinity completely at the age of 20, where he'd think of another solution to locking away the evil souls.

He believed in the saying, "To kill a monster, you have to be one." He would use this phrase in locking away the evil souls, and he would begin his mass wave of crimes to become the most evil person. His ordeal would begin in the poorer parts of the North Capital, especially his hometown, by coldly murdering those close to him. He would pray for forgiveness in every kill he commits, or for every crime. But as he continued his ordeal, he would lose sense of reality and eventually his own humanity, and it goes to the point where he would commit the worst crimes possible without remorse. His ordeal would soon be known by the entire North Capital and majority of the citizens fled to the opposite capital. Eventually, David would find almost no people anymore, and directs his attention to committing another grave sin, destroying the Heaven's Pillars.
Iscariot Juvohen, the leading man of the Divine, watched David commit all of his crimes. In an act of desperation after centuries of trying to fight off the evil souls, he would intently listen to David's motives and let him do as he pleases. But his ignorance prevented him from seeing the worse to come of David, and he would only see this when it was too late. As a last resort to keep things the way it is, he sent a batallion of his Divine guardians to fight David and stop him from his tracks. Unfortunately, because of David's unnerving loss of humanity and his immeasurable evilness, he would be in the level of a million evil souls and easily took care of the Divine guardians. One by one, the Divine guardians keep dying and would help David reach the top of the most evil human being in history.

Iscariot knew it was too late, but he refused to accept the truth and still kept his faith on his fellow fighters of the divinity to take down David. As a final resort, he would completely disregard the gates of hell where the evil souls come from and sent the entirety of the Divine guardians' population to fight David and kill him off. The final standoff would begin midway through the entrance of the Heaven's Pillars, where David was stopped on his tracks by Iscariot himself, and the thousands of Divine guardians surrounding them both taking the role of rangers. Iscariot unleashes all of his sealed powers all for this one battle, and he will inevitably die even if he wins. The first and final battle begun and the ranged shooters shot all of their Holy Arrows towards David Osberken. But it was not enough, and David swiftly defeated Iscariot without ever having a chance to be murdered. This would break the Divine guardians' morale and they would all lose their hope, cowardly fleeing David's presence to the other side. David would try and kill the fleeing guardians out of sadism, but he never got one. He finally faces the Heaven's Pillars after the battle, and destroyed all of them, completely erasing all of the divinity that is left in the world. The Greater Demon, the embodiment of hell, can now take control of the Heavens, and he erased all of the Heavens' divinity, life and purpose, destroying one path of the afterlife and would only lead to one left, The Hell.

The timeline concludes with hell winning against the Divine after centuries of battle against each other's motives, and the majority of the humans would find ways to stay alive for as long as they can, even trying to create immortality, to avoid going to the afterlife, which will only send them to hell, the last place any human would want to go to.
I can see this being a theme for a planet or boss in ratchet and clank.
