I think the "visible fish" mod should have been included. It is such a great quality of life feature and i thin it looks also really cool! I LOVE all the mods that you talked about and i have nearly all of them installed. Can reccommend! Great video!

Calling the CJB cheats a "quality of life" mod is a massive fail of identifying what a quality of life mod is. It's a cheat mod. Nothing else. Not a "must have".
This is a fantastic list! And my must-have list is basically identical, but I haven't looked into Ridgeside Village. I'll have to give that a go now!
My must-have mod in every save is Automate. It has enabled me to spend so much more of my time focusing on other aspects of the game, instead of just sitting around my furnaces or any of my artisan makers. It perfectly scales from early game to late game which is a big plus as well.
You don't actually need Winter Grass if you have SVE – it's built into it, I"m pretty sure.

i've noticed that for SVE and Ridgeside, some of the mods are not being maintained properly with the 1.5 stardew and is causing issues, which is disappointing because both of those mods sound great.
