This strange Terraria item transforms your character… Lilith’s Necklace. In this video, we take a look at a rather strange early Hardmode mount summoning item that transforms the players character entirely into a wolf! Not only is this a one of a kind, but the mounts movement buffs are unironically good and makes it potentially one of the best early Hardmode mounts in the game, beating the likes of even the unicorn. Petition for Re-logic to add a duck transformation item to the game!
It took you so little time to get it, I farmed well over 200 wolves to eventually get mine and I've never wanted to try for it again
the longest part of the grind for me was to wait a full day to turn into night. Got it in less than 10 minutes without using the volcano trap

I accidentally found it my first time while trying to farm ice golems, then i got a second before i got my last frost core.
Noo it's the furry mount
I ended up getting the item after entering hardmode and can say it's pretty useful. Especially when farming against the Wall of Flesh as a summoner class it does give you some space between you and your summons. And after roaming around the night I obtain the moon charm that grants you the abilities of a werewolf at night and after defeating the solar eclipse I got Neptune's Shell that grants the ability to swim, have mobility and breathe underwater. A very unique way of having a mount that turns you into a wolf and accessories that grants others.
I used this in my don't dig up world for mechs, highly recommend
On the terraria wiki's guide to fighting the empress of light it says that wings are a necessity so out of spite i went out and earned the terraprisma for the first time wingless using this very mount along with the extra jumps from bundle and fart
when you can be a wolf that can jump five times, who needs wings?

Lilith necklace is a Easter egg to the wolfwalker film
I actually use it and a bundle of horseshoe balloons to replace wings for all of hardmode
it's funny how the wolf looks possessed when it attacks with the Shadow Flame Knives

I love that mount. I randomly got it and i used it all the way up until empress and moon lord, then i switched to the ufo
I am genuinely going to use the Lilith's Necklace as my only mount once I obtain it, due to resource packs allowing you to turn it into an Eevee. 😀

i used this with a bundle of horseshoe balloons and it worked well until i fought the lunitac cultist where i changed back to wings

One month late. So mounting mid-dash completely eliminates acceleration; you will start off at full speed if you do it right.
If you dont lake the "slow" acceleration, just dash and switch to the mount

Testing I realized it was better to use lilith necklace+bundle of ballons than terraspark+harpy wings against the mech bosses.
I'm playing on expert currently and I just beaten plantera with this set up, though it was very easy due to my build I guess.
Full squire set, charm of myths, bundle of ballons, starveil, stinger necklace, brain of confusion and berserker glove(all warding)
Arena had campfire, heart lantern, bast statue and a honey puddle.
Really gpod set up before havibg access to valkyrie set or beetle set.

Mount was obviously lilith necklace but I guess basilisk, unicorn or golf cart would do great as well, but lilith seemed the faster of all.
Im going to create a new journey world and play as much if the game as possible as a wolf
If you dash and use the unicorn mount at the same time you'll get max acceleration instantly
Imagine using this mount with the sdmg or chain gun
Add Yoraizor Spell as a vanity item and the eyes of the wolf glow.
