  1. The twins is very unique
    The way that they will only actually die when both health bars are gone
    And then how it depends on who you kill and who you kill first
    And the fuel reserve phase aka the vengeful phase how they will be like “you killed my twin now I’ll kill you”
    It’s super cool

  2. i started infernum mode recently. first boss i got stuck on was skeletron and now im stuck on wall of flesh (slime god wasnt too bad). fun as hell though

  3. fun fact: king slime's crown jewel predicts where you go and it shoots that way, but it's pretty easy to counter that, just make it shoot in the direction u want and then stop moving or go a different direction

  4. While some of the ideas and gimmicks are nice, there's some that lose parts of what made the boss what they are.

    Eater of Worlds lost it's unique gimmick of each piece being splitable, and instead it can only split into four maximum.

    Plus the sheer amount of projectiles ontop of the fact they can fly now, is actual overkill. Eater of Worlds much like the Destroyer already had the strength of being able to boa-constrict players. Having that many area-denial projectiles will make it nigh undodgable pre-hardmode.

    Skeletron doesn't even use his hands for anything other than just more bullet-hell stuff. No more slaps, only bullets.

    I mean, he could've used the hands to pull skeletons and undead from the floor as ground harassment, attempt to grab the player with the hand following them, and then to slam the player down on the floor for damage + falling damage, as if the player was a doll.
    Make the hands more aggressive and creative at least.

    Wall of Flesh lost it's leeches which were a pro and con: can chase and harm, but can drop a heart.
    It also lost their rapid-fire shots that are targetted straight at the player from more than one angle.
    Those rapid-fire lazers are a killer and can wear down players, with the angle of aim making it easier to catch a player.
    Replacing it with perfectly horizontal shots makes it way more predictible and easy.

    Queen Slime in this mod doesn't summon living minion slimes as a sentient firing squad, and that misses out a very big strength and gimmick of hers.

    Instead those minions just become bullet-hell fodder and she gets lazers too.

    Dread Nautilus doesn't even summon their squid minions, and not only they shoot slower and doesn't do their insane self-propulsion move, but their blood needle spit are bright and obvious, instead of being darker (able to blend in with the dark more), and having a strong trail that can also disguise other blood shots behind them.

    The Twins became way more similar to eachother rather than becoming progressively more distinct and specialised as they are wounded.
    Kinda lost more of their individual Ranger / Melee+Magic identities.

    Plantera does use more plant-based stuff and i do like that, but she doesn't even have her attached offspring mouths in phase 2. All they become are more bullets rather than a swarm to cover space even from her claws too.
    Plus she's no longer viciously hyper-aggressively chasing the player to devour them whole and feed them to her kids. Her "aggressive swarm" phase 2 was her brutal plot-twist in vanilla.

    Golem was fine, more like a reimagining, but it didn't even make use of his signature slams even when he grappled to the roof and fell down.

    Duke Fishron no longer creates Shark-Nadoes to throw sharks. At least keep the meme with the Phase 2 tornadoes firing sharks from both sides.

  5. It makes sense why they didn't add too much to master mode, they don't want to encourage everyone to play master mode because it's not for everyone expert mode on the other hand is balanced for pretty much anyone who played the game before on classic.

    it's for the same reason you don't get anything other than an achievement for removing crimson or corruption, they don't want to make people do that horrible task in every world they play
