When you just start a brand new playthrough in stardew valley creating a beautiful farm is usually the last thing on your mind, and it really can be a daunting task because your farm is actually really large. Putting a coherent design together that just makes sense takes quite a bit of practice and patience. In this video, I will give you some tips and tricks that I have learned to help guide you onto making a more beautiful farm design.

This is the coolest farm I've ever seen
Your voice reminds me of Liliana from Dragon Age Origins.
I'm finally getting to the aesthetics of my world but the sheer amount of buildings and space has gotten me overwhelmed

I chose the hilltop(?) layout this time and while I kinda found a way to make it look nice I feel like I spend most of the time just running from one corner to the other corner of my farm :I
Does bee box not work inside buildings ? Cause I have a storage shack and have many kind seasonal flowers in there in garden pots but did not made honey even though flower r blooming .
Something I do to the nursery/ child room I forgot what it’s called is placing 7 beds so it’s like a 7 dwarves room.
new player here, how do you place chairs outside T-T
hey. 😊

What farm do you usually use 🤔
yeah yeah
When i unlock ginger island I think im going to do my farming there and have my pelican town farm have fish ponds barns and coops
how do you stop the time while decorating?

Wait can you MOVE the green house?without mods?
How is your time not moving in some of the clips
Anyone know what year she is on? I feel like I'm too slow.
PIOOIOPOPOPOPPPPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP respond to this comment if you think kids with cancer should live 😛
do you have a link to your full farm layout? looks beautiful and I would like to see the full thing!
i chose the standard farm
i think i regret my choice because i never mass produce crops, the farm would look better in forest farm😭
5:32 not the off-season forage💀
The game time doesn't advance in this video. Anything is possible if you're using mods…
I forgot about being able to paint the buildings – I'll have to try that. What I did start doing just recently was sort of like making my own self-imposed 'zoning laws.' I required myself to build fences and paths around each section of my farm, which normally I was too lazy to do, because you can live without them. I would usually only build a path around all my trees that I had tappers on, so that they wouldn't fill up with seedlings and make it so I couldn't walk through there. So I would make crisscrossed paths and put trees in all the spaces. But other than that, I didn't even bother to put fences around my barns. I was letting the animals roam free, and not bothering too much if sometimes I didn't get to pet them on a particular day because I couldn't find them all. So I have made it easier for myself by putting up these fences, but also, it just makes it easier for me to quickly look at the farm, and see what each area is doing. Each section is dedicated to a specific purpose, and I can quickly see, by looking, that I need to add something for another purpose. My farms were sloppy and confusing and disorganized without the fences and paths defining the areas for each purpose.
To save time and energy, I suggest save the game then walking around and testing different decorating. After you're done, load that save and start go serious
I need whole season only to decor my steproad and whole year to make ky entirw farm look beautifull
She forgot to note that you should ONLY buy the 200,000 infinity decoration table from robin if you have a sustainable amount
RIP to me and the other switch users who cant see their full farm at once
Can't wait to make a big farm like that and struggle to make it to bed at 1 am
I like but I have not flat serface
Woah what?! I had no idea you could paint buildings!
If you place a gate on a fence then the gate will have the same look as the wood/stone fence!
