  1. Crab cakes for speed, roots planner for attack, pumpkin soup for luck and defense would be good but i hope pumpkin only ovverides defense and not speed in crabcake because defense in pumpkin soup is bigger than crab cakes

  2. Low-key, Small bombs are the best bombs. Because they only deal 6 to 8 damage.

By the time you get to Skull cavern you have 4+ defense boots. Add the 2+ defense from pumpkin soup.

Thats 0 to 2 damage, IF you get hit by the blast. Which is usually trivial to avoid. The mega bomb on the other hand can take a huge chunk of your health away. Which is a sizable risk considering how chaotic the caverns can be.

Once you get either the Cinderclown or Dragonscale boots fron the volcano you can then lay down small bombs with impunity.

  3. „I can sum it up it one word: Staircases. … NOW I‘LL USE A FEW MORE WORDS!“ That was executed greatly! 🤣
And the guide is really good and helpful.

  4. Hahahaha natawa ko, kasi hindi lang pala ako yung gumagamit neto na staircase down, marami din palang players na kagaya ko mag isip. 😂

  5. so why bother with the skull cavern at all? my methods way simpler get about 6 fish ponds look on the wiki for the best fish to get iridium instead of roe calculation should be this: Spawn% > amount<number of fish. so basically the fewer fish needed to get the iridium the better & higher chance is better than amount if I'm getting 100 iridium at 1% chance I'd rather 1 Iridium ore at 100% rate(not actual just example) Second Method is to use the slime hutch & breed Purple slimes go in with a slime ring & harvest all but a male & female keep their water full & your good to go on Iridium with out EVER having to set foot in that particular hell hole.

  6. My goto to get a galaxy sword asap is rushing floor 100 and using the slingshot.
Trying to clear manually the first floors is a waste of resources, going straight to floor 100 is a guaranteed prismatic shard if you have luck buffs and a good daily luck

  7. Personally I think for the very first run of Skull Caverns Pumpkin Soup might be better for those not used to being swarmed by very strong enemies. But later runs when you have enough explosive anmo you want at least Spicy Eels, because speed is even more important than luck at being able to find ladders or shafts.

  8. I'm probably going for the passifist until I get to floor 100 and call me bad atthe game I'm on year 5 with the community center still not done I mean don't get me wrong I only need 7 items all of which I can't get or just don't want to but I know I have to

  9. Bruh everone sleeps on the slime ring. They are imo the most annoying monster so the ring is so so nice. I wear the slime ring and the iridium ring

  10. Thanks this video, I could resolve 2 problems:
    -Navigate this forsaken cavern.
-Find an utility for my (literally) thousands of stones stockpiled.

  11. This is one of the first videos I've found and certainly not the last, yall sleeping on pumpkin soup AND I WAS and now I'm obsessed with it! I appreciate you're dedication to the vid, they've certainly helped me soo much, thank you!

  12. If you went the mushroom cave route (with a bonus of having trees on your farm turn into mushroom trees that you can tap), then my tip would be Life Elixers. One Elixer restores all of your health. It is my go to healer in the lower level of the mines and in the Skull Cavern.

  13. I personally fill my greenhouse with Peach Trees and use peaches as my go to healing items. You get tons of them on the daily, and they add up fast if you take a day or two off from running the mines. They are also really great at conserving space in the inventory because unlike other foragables or crops or whatever, they are all going to be the same quality at all times (assuming you planted them all at the same time) so they all go neatly into one stack.

And for traversing the mines quickly, my personal method is setting up a shed full of crystallariums and set all of them to making Jade. You can buy heaps of stairs and just shoot as deep as you want in an instant until you find chests or ore nodes or whatever you're looking for. All you need is like gold, iridium, and batteries I think, and you'll be rolling in iridium and gold, so batteries are really the only bottleneck in production.

  14. Hammer is much stronger than sword, I wouldn’t recommend new players learn with sword as the pattern of “Hammer spec + mash C” will be required to progress efficiently especially as monster health get higher.

  15. One good choice for food: Sashimi it only takes 1 fish of any to make if you just made everyone happy or wanted to marry Sebastian you prolly have the recipe and if you don’t it’s not that hard to get just 3 hearts with Linus!!!
