The mushroom "tree" can have a tap put on it and you get some mushrooms from it, from my experience it's always red or purple which sell for more
Storage shed can also be used for storage.
Normal people: doing the casual and chilled out method
Try hards: go for everything recipe and achievement related
Me and a few others: genuinely interacting regularly with npcs and going out of their way to marry
Kevin: never see the npcs, accidentally get achievements, do everything farm and fish related
