Hey Python, you should do an AFK Farm in Pre-Hardmode to farm rare weapons whenever you start Hardmode.
You should full contain the corruption so your fully ready and don’t have to rush to mecha bosses and save for the purifier and you can work on other projects
The Thorn Chakram is amazing, speacially with the 1.4.4 buff for poison.

Edit: I also rlly reccomend the blowpipe/dart weapons they are pretty strong (and poison darts with the blowpipe do pretty nice dmg)

Is it just me or are monster spawns super high around the shimmer?? I can’t get any building done!
Hey Python! If you use the Paint Scraper on the glowing moss you can collect some to plant elsewhere! It spreads onto the surface of stone, like grass does on dirt. You can also toss it into the Shimmer to change it to another color, Helium moss. These mosses can also be used to color the Glowing Bobber accessory. Personally, I like to try and use the glowing mosses in my builds if possible.

Try collecting the minecart rails and not building it, that way you don't need to farm iron

Hello Python! IF you decide to go for the sentry loadout, you might want to check out the Squire armor, & later the Valhalla Knight armor. Imagine the damage of multiple Rainbow Crystals, and Lunar Portal beams! Not to mention all the great sentries between now & then.
Python, you should put the various crafting stations in the shimmer house so you can reforge items using the shimmer. As always great vid!
