  1. I will point out that flowers are required for Perfection, as they're in the Farm and Foragables Collections tab and you need to ship at least one of each in the shipping bin to achieve Perfection. So there is that one use for flowers.

  2. Idk if you know but holding down with the watering can you can water multiple crops at the same time so it’s much faster if you upgrade your watering can

  3. TIP 40: do what ever you want, thats what this makes this game soooo good, you can just do what do you want, yes you can make soooo much money but i can also do other things, like if you wanna go full your farm woth crops yeah thats great, if you want to go fishing all day long yeah thats complety fain, you can go mineing if you want, you can do quest, you can nax all vilagers hearts you can do everything this game has to offer you.

  4. I never upgraded my watering can. I bought a second player house from Robin and took the watering can from there so I could have two!! 🚿💧

  5. Your “preserves jars suck” is by far the worst advice I’ve ever heard for this game. “Use one fruit and wait 7 days for 80g” umm… try 2-3 days and a profit of 2x the fruit price +50g. By far the easiest most efficient way to maximum your fruit/veg profits early on in the game.

  6. I only plant flowers as early game gifts because they're a pretty easy liked gift to mass produce in the early game, at least for the characters whose items aren't so available. Yeah, you can throw a parsnip at Alex and he'll like it just fine, but tulips can also cover your butt for birthday gifts. Also, Evelyn loves them, so that's a relationship you can boost pretty high and early on in the game.

  7. @thermchannel Quick question (hopefully you’ll see this): What is that hot pink thing near your pomegranate tree giving you Iridium?! Hubs and I are stumped!

  8. I always just had a row of preserve jars that i just never got rid of in my world. At the start after pulling up crops id pop a few in there and then its set and forget for a few days for more than its worth otherwise, i made alot flof salmonberry jelly my first time around

  9. u can actually get cool easily bc theres something u can get what turns 10 wood into cool but u get it from the c s aka cummnity place (sorry about the spelling i rushed it)

  10. important tip for new players ( i'm saying this because it happened to me): DO NOT PUT YOUR GOLDEN LEWIS STATUE OUT IN TOWN FOR THE 750 GOLD WHEN IT'S RAINING. IF LIGHTNING STRIKES THE STATUE IT WILL BECOME A ROTTEN PLANT AND IT IS COMPLETELY UNUSABLE AT THAT POINT.

  11. I don’t get the criticism of preserve jars.
You say that they take only one item at a time, but that’s true for almost every other artisan goods maker: kegs, casks, cheese presses, mayo makers…
You also say that it takes a lot of waiting to get the results, and that’s time that you can spend on more valuable things. But… all that time you can do anything you want, it’s not like you have to stand in front of the jar until it’s done 😂
I imagine you mean that it’s better to put your products in a keg instead of the jar in terms of profit, but when it comes to vegetables there’s no other thing to do with them other than sell them as they are, and with the jars you increase their value and you only have to check them every few days.
Apart from that, great video with very good advice!
