Beating Terraria ZENITH SEED, MEDIUMCORE For The FIRST TIME! (PT. 1/2: PREHARDMODE!)



Today, we finally take on the fabled ZENITH SEED, not only in Legendary Mode, but also in mediumcore, as per Red’s request. Prehardmode has been an existential nightmare beyond belief, never in my life have I been more frustrated at a pixel themed videogame, and words can not describe the treachery that this seed holds. We take on the entirety of prehardmode, showing every step taken along the way that showed any progression in this extraordinarily difficult seed, taking on Terraria’s absolute most DIFFICULT bosses in the process.     Waffle man, I am going to give you a suggestion that will no doubt save you a lot of time and maybe help you grow back some of your hairs. There is a mod called "auto reforge" and it lets you input the exact modifier you want. It will go through every reforge automatically at the speed of sound until that modifier is reached.

    By all means, if you're allowing yourself to use mods in another playthrough like this, use that mod.

    It doesn't make it any less expensive though. The goblin cuck will still take all of your money

    Apparently Red made a new seed that makes getfixedboi look, and I quote"like a trip to the ice cream store." You better prepare for torment.

    Not gonna lie, your experience very much mimics my own. (No pun intended).

    A lot of "Why?" and "EXCUSE ME WHAT?" have been uttered. Just wait until you get to the surface. OH. LORD.

    I do find it fucking hilarious how salty he is though. I'm having a blast in this seed. It's difficult as all hell, it takes forever to do anything and every boss is an insurmountable challenge, but….if you don't like that stuff, maybe don't play the seed?

    I always get so much whiplash at the end of the videos when it goes from the just pure anger persona to incredible gratitude when breaking character lol.
    Edit: breaking character is maybe the wrong phrase. The anger was real. I've not had coffee yet, so I'm stick with that though. Fuck it.

    For those worthy to try this challenge:

    1. Gold slime = Easy money!!!
    2. Abigail's Flower can be found super early.
    3. The painter's paintball-gun will get you to minishark if you're playing with friends or lack loot.
    4. Contain the corruption before hardmode. There is no way to purify…
    5. SPAM BOMBS EVERYWHERE.

    There ya go. My 5 tips from hours of pain and suffering.

    doing a playthrough of the zenith seed right now. i found that using chains instead of rope although a thousand times more expensive eliminates the fear of accidentally breaking a honey block and watching as my entire heaven-evator is ruined.
