  1. How do people consistently get more than 10 floors done in one day?! The most I’ve EVER done in one day was ~12 and I only go mining when I have good luck AND it’s raining!

  2. Sorry but the hoe seems like she can only hang out at the house and i can't seem to get her to the mines. If you got any tips for this let me know?

  3. Here are some more tips and tricks:
    1. Gems make great gifts for villagers and are useful for marrying them in Y1. Abigail love Amethysts, Penny loves Emeralds, Sebastian loves Frozen Tears, Maru loves Diamonds, and Emily loves Rubies, Aquamarines, Emeralds, Topazes, Jades, and Amethysts.
    2. Always save your Stone. 99 Stone can be turned into a Staircase when you hit level 2 mining (should be around when you hit floor 40, depending on how much you mine, of course). This lets you skip crappy floors you cannot be bothered to deal with.
    3. Starting in Summer of Year 1, the bathhouse opens up, and its location between your farm and The Mines makes it an ideal place to restore your stamina before you head into The Mines.
    4. You do not have to fight every enemy. Sometimes the best course of action is to avoid enemies and mine the rocks in such a way that they cannot get to you. Fighting enemies is a good way to get the Dwarven Scrolls, however, and you need to donate all 4 of them to the museum to learn to speak Dwarvish.
    5. Always go for the Miner profession instead of the Geologist profession when you hit level 5 mining. Trust me, the extra ore per vein adds up really fast overtime, especially because you need a whole hell of a lot of Iron and Copper to for crafting. In a 2 year playthrough, I usually end up eating through about 300 – 400 of each bar, and all of the gems, other than Diamonds and Prismatic Shards, actually self for less than some fruit.

  4. This game is crazy go nuts. I am officially glad that the only farm sim and my play is Minecraft. Now geek I hear you say that's not a farm sim game. It just has some form elements in it. And you would be correct. My point stands.
