    If you were wanting the truffle to move in to your Mushroom Biome it has to be a surface one. The Wiki says layer 0 and higher, so that Mushroom Biome won't work. Also a tip for enemy spawns if you hold a peace candle it reduces spawn rates, invisibility potions will, along with sunflowers and surprisingly the angler set will reduce spawn rates. Hope that helps! I've been enjoying the series!
