Welcome to Frontier Farm, the newest installation of the Stardew Valley Expanded 1.15 Update!
This livestream playlist will feature a quicker-paced play through of all the new features offered in the SVE 1.15 update. The intent of these is to create ‘vods’ or saved recordings of the play through for folks to watch at a later time that is more convenient to them. Maybe a little mistake from my side at the end of the stream with the raccoon quest. You can actually ship any item of that kind. But it's just a bug.
And the Stardew Valley Wiki lists it as follows:
It is possible to submit any requested artisan good of the same type in lieu of the correct type, and it still be accepted (e.g., submitting dried strawberries when the requested item is dried cherries).
