They are binary
Go to any decimal to english word converter and paste those digits and u will get a word
and the numbers outside the bracket is the order i think
so it forms a sentence ultimately

What are the numbers for at the top of the video? They just appear for about a frame every now and then and it also looks like it comes with binary code in parenthesis
