The second one is on the opposite side at [-1784, -840]
The scenic views I've taken are close to these two villages. You can boot up the seed and have a look around yourself.
BONUS: If you're into getaway bases, whether it's for relaxation or simply reclusion, there is an enclosed lake south of the mountains [-1912, -240]. The most straightforward entrance is through the big cavern. There, you'll be greeted by a stairway that takes you to the top of the hill, where you can oversee the whole area. There is also an entrance to a lush cave near the crater, which I forgot to take photos of but it's around there.
