Droppers are already a block. However, with a different name, this would be an interesting concept!

Reminds me of the Fjordhawk from ark lol, good concept though

They shouldn’t add a mob that’s useless in hardcore.
They already messed that up with echo shards, which could’ve easily had more uses.

I kinda want something that does the opposite. You know the hoarding bugs from Lethal Company? Yeah, them.

This would be lag inducing. The very fact that you want the mob to travel across the world, would require loading in chunks… and mobs are laggy by default, with no signs of improving them. On servers, it would be a nightmare; not everyone adapts their redstone or their builds to be lag friendly.

he cant give you your items outside of your simulation distance but it is pretty cool. maybe he could be a golem made out of a loadstone, and you hook up a recovery compass to him in order to tame him. when you die, you keep your compass and he takes your place where you died with your inventory. then you open him like a donkey with a chest and take your items back, and he teleports to where he was before you died. powerful, but gatekept by a loadstone at least
