If you’re asking why you took damage, an enemy called a Slime hit you.
If you’re asking why the Slimes and Bunnies are wearing masks or costumes, it’s due to it being Halloween. During the latter half of October, certain mobs will wear Halloween costumes and Pumpkins will naturally grow.
