Ive set up one starfruit to grow in my greenhouse as an indicator of when the ones i have planted on ginger island are ready, but ive gone through two starfruit harvests and its just not growing. what am i missing???
You have to water it. Light colored soil indicates it is dry; im not sure if the sprinklers are designed to water pots.

For all pots, you have to use your watering can to make sure they’re watered. If you want to make them lucrative, there’s a fertilizer further in the game that will help with that.

I use the top tier retaining soil for my pots, water once and they’re good.

That’s what Deluxe Retaining Soil is for- 100% chance of staying watered. Water it once and never again (that’s why I grow cactus in it) **(sprinklers don’t water pots)**

You need to water garden pots, but only once if you use deluxe retaining soil.
