The modpack is Create: Astral. I’ve noticed similar things happening in other packs too, sometimes the lines were black however.

Possibly MipMap Levels? Usually MipMap make sit look grainy, but its possible . May be a texture issue with one of your performance mods as well. Sometimes they don’t interact well. Make sure optifine is not installed
