The Central Base of Operations: Includes a storage room, a forge, statue rooms, teleporters, and was the very first build in this world (explaining why it looks somewhat cobbled together).

The Public House and Forest Residences: The first of the NPC houses to be built. This is relatively nearby to the Central Base, and is quite a simple design compared to what would come later. Still, I'm quite proud of it.

The Oasis Residences: Specifically built to mirror the Forest Residences, I consider it a minor improvement to its counterpart. I also rather like it's Oasis environment.

The Jungle Residences: I'm not sure, but it looks like some of the picture was cut off here. This is perhaps the most unusual of my builds, although I still quite like it. I was inspired to build it after a meteor landed in the jungle, leaving a large crater behind. After digging it out, I thought it would make an interesting place for a house.

The Mushroom Residence: After the Jungle Residences, I built a large mushroom. That's it. It's a mushroom house.

The Pier and Beach Residences: Probably one of my favourite houses, and one of the ones it took the longest to build. I returned to the design for the Forest and Oasis Residences but modified and improved it to fit the ocean. It is probably the most busy and elaborate house, and I think it looks nice in the nighttime.

The Igloo Residences: Despite being smaller and somewhat simpler, I like this house about as much as the Beach House. I built it into a hill, and I think it looks quite atmospheric in the blizzards. I like how it fits into its surroundings environment.

The Rainbow Residences: The final full NPC house that I built. Unfortunately a photo doesn't get across the rainbow blocks very well, so instead they are stuck on yellow here. While not my favourite, I thought building it under a lake would make for quite an interesting design.

Situated between the Main Base and Forest Residences, is a large sign that pays tribute to both me and my friend's username. I'm Captain Obvious, obviously (I have rainbow hair). It connects from the ground to our minecart rail that spans the overworld.

The Crimson Sky Island: In a world with corruption, we eventually managed to get our hands on Crimson seeds. I had an idea to build a contained Crimson on a sky island, and then surround it by a glass dome. I think it looks quite striking. It's built high above the minecart rail.

The Graveyard Residence: A temporary residence to the west of the Main Base, situated near our graveyard. This was to attain Crimson seeds from the Dryad.

The Underground Hallow Residence: Another temporary residence built for the Steampunker. As our Hallow breached the surface at the jungle, it meant we didn't have a proper surface Hallow. We placed the Steampunker here, to make our own surface Hallow with the Clentaminator.

The Basement Residences: Built directly under the Main Base, these served as small rooms to place extra NPCs, and to make sure that the Main Base was still considered a town according to the game, after emptying most of the residence rooms in the Main Base.

The Surface Arena: Largely built from Rainbow bricks, torches, campfires etc, this once again can't be captured very well with a still image. This main arena has served a very important purpose during our fight with many of the hardmode bosses, and also serves as a temporary residence for the Nurse. It extends from the ground to the minecart rail that runs above most of our world.

The Jungle Arena: The somewhat less useful counterpart to the Surface Arena, which was only used a handful of times for Plantera. It is built near the Lihzahrd temple, and also serves as a temporary residence for the Nurse. After this arena ended up underutilized, we decided against building an arena for Duke Fishron or the Empress of Light.

Lanterns, as seen from above the Rainbow Residences. I think they look quite pretty.

(Not seen here, we also built hellevators to contain the corruption, with exception of the hardmode 'V'. We also built a hellbridge to fight the Wall of Flesh, where we quickly found out that it didn't actually need to be very long).
