trying to set up the mekanism turbine and cannot get it to form structure is 11x11x18 i have the vents placed the saturating condensers, the pressure dispersers, the coil, and the rotational complex but i cant get the turbine to form. i have tried with several different rotor sizes as well and there are no invisible lights inside. i have tried rebuilding it several times
any help appreciated

Unless I’m mistaken there needs to be a ring of turbine housing blocks around the outside on the layer with the bearing. Also – check to make sure you’ve got the right blocks in that layer on the inside – I get it wrong more often than not.
