I feel like obsidian skin should be A-tier. You can mine hellstone deep in lava, which prevents most underworld enemies from attacking you. It's also amazing in the GetFixedBoi seed as lava honey blocks are everywhere and you die almost instantly from lava.
It's pretty much useless outside of that but it's uses are insane for a short time
Featherfall is one of the best potions in the game man

featherfall and grav actually have some use in bossfights, especially since with featherfall you can bypass it at will by holding down so its not like its a detriment, use it when its useful and dont use it when its not
Feather fall is actually really good cause you can fall faster too. So helps with maneuverability in boss fights.
With featherfall you can fly higher and for longer, also you can control if you want to fall faster or slower and is easy to craft, completely underrated

Featherfall is an easy S tier perk, you can say it gets outclassed but simply hding up and having a bundle of baloons gives you flight better than most wings, and this is a prehardmode setup, and if you pair it eith the slimy saddle you also have 6 different descent speeds so you have eay more control than eings, and you also have a lot more vertical acceleration than wings. I consistently just forgo eings entirely if i can get a sandstorm in a bottle because its just that much better, and i even used it in my expert mode true melee playthrough
Gender change potion is going to be S-tier, right?

i think the gravity potions are probably at least b tier i just stack up on them and use then to fly before i get wings
Warmth potion is something that I've never seen anyone else use, bravo
I get it with the feather fall if you don't play modded but when you play modded man is it a lifesaver and I love building so I use the building potion all the time
Feather fall is great pre hardmode where the amphibian boots+balloon bundle is the best form of vertical movement. Even into hardmode it is great for mechs
Featherfall very underrated, must have for battles allowing you to have additional movement. It slows down your falling speed even more with wings.
Sonar saves you a ton of time imo
