I'm playing on the 1.20.1 server with friends and I've built a froglight farm from ShulkerCraft's video. I modified it to use less hoppers and I've noticed that hopper minecarts randomly stop at rail turns after maybe 30 minutes of farm working. They don't stop at the same time and I didn't witness it happening even once. Why does it happen and how do I fix it?

I think I fixed this problem before by taking out powered rails before a turn
