It is a cozy game. Just enjoy it, dont stress yourself. There is no need to finish all goals in a set timeframe.
Also try to enjoy the game with a friend. It is a whole different experience imo =)

1. Try playing the game without the wiki first.
2. Don’t stress about not being efficient on your first playthrough.
3. Have fun with the characters and their stories.
These 3 things made the game more enjoyable for me. I started using the wiki after I experienced most things/mechanics in the game. I went in thinking if I were the farmer IRL, I wouldn’t have all these notes about people lying around. Unless they were notes from journals/books you’ll discover in the game.

Don’t race to do everything, when you first start just learn! See the new things and explore! Stardew wiki is great but it spoils a lot of things
