Its a lot more than one not growing. Simply put – you’ve placed your sprinklers wrong and the torches aren’t doing you any favors here either. Fruit trees need a 3×3 empty* space to grow, I count 3 trees blocked by sprinklers and 5 blocked by torches (if torches block, not 100% sure on that)
*empty of interactable/placed items, the walls and stuff naturally on the edges is fine

Try this greenhouse layout, it always works for me
You need to move the sprinkers that are on the edges of the square. They’re too close to the trees
It’s better to plant the trees along the wall. The way you have them placed, the sprinklers are interfering with their growth.
