I want to buy Minecraft from a different website and the code will be Europe/United Kingdom because thats where I live but it says US here so does that mean the code will not redeem? When I go on my microsoft account it says my region is United Kingdom so I am confused.

You may try changing your language to en-GB or English(United Kingdom)
