I'm going to say this. I wish the instructions in this book were easier to understand but it is what it is.

I didn't like this recipe due to texture of the mushrooms my mom loves it though.

There is a lot of work in this one and bigger clean up.

Cost around $40 a third of that being mushrooms. I used shiitake, criminal, and oyster.

Also the lager I used was a corona beer.

The one thing I liked about this recipe was the malt ranch dip. I would only recommend making that with some fries or starch of choice. Added that for anyone who wanted to try it. Cost around 6-7 bucks to make if you get the spices from the bulk section like me.

    Whoa! I didn’t realize it would be like that. Crumbed mushrooms are very similar and extremely popular in South Africa (my home country). Looks yum!

  2. I bet enoki mushrooms would be amazing fried 🤤

    They’re super skinny, so I bet they would crisp up nicely
