  1. I think what bothered me about the pale garden is all the lies Mojang was saying while announcing it. "Unlike any biome you've ever seen": its recolored dark oak forst. "Hard to navigate": the moss is easier to walk through than vines. We already have bushes that harm you, why not use something like that? Or something that slows you down like cobwebs? I'm looking forward to what modders do, as per every update these last few years.

  2. I think another potential solution for the eyes giving them away would be to instead add like, glowing orange moss or whatever throughout the forest, so the eyes can sort of blend in to that as well

  3. 3:45 maybe a solution could be making it able to teleport but not as franticaly as an enderman
I mean it does have 3 pixel wide eyes soooooo

  4. Can't help but feel the Pale Garden would have fit infinitely better in the End.

It's the logical place where reverse endermen would be and the biome wouldn't be an eyesore by blending with the paleness of end stone. Plus it wouldn't clash with the semi-realistic nature of the Overworld. If only Mojang weren't cowards and finally gave us an End update.

  5. So yeah the the pale garden is a sub-biome of the dark forest. It generates only inside of one. The corrupted aspect is by design, hence why the biome blending is a bit off. If I were to tweak the creaking, it would have 3 body variants, eye shut when dormant and open when active, random blinking for each eye, and better animations

  6. I think the Creek8ng would be a lot more formidable and creapy if it had a few more functions and animations.
For instance, allow it to climb up soil, stone or moss blocks with a creapy climbing animation that pauses the animation when you look back at it.

I like the idea you had when it came to how the creeking reacts to daylight.

I feel that they should add fireflys to the game in the new biom, and have them look like creeking eyes, as well as have the creeking blink irregularly, one (2 max) eyes at a time while standing still, so that it's camouflage is more convincing, because THEN it looks like a few fure flys are just blinking around the area a bit.

The creeking should definitely do a bit more damage, maybe have a chance to slow you down while you are activly running away from it, using a new effect that could be called, entangled, or ensnared ig. This effect would slow the player down, as if they were in a berry bush. Doing a little bit of damage that ignors armor when walking, doing 2-3 full hearts when trying to sprint, and can only be applied once every 30 seconds for 5 seconds. To make it visually and gameplay wise, work, have an animation that the creeking does that involves it standing still for a moment, it applies the effect that causes sprinting particals (or maybe breaking particals? Idk) on the blocks that lead up to you in a branching pattern (that would only apply to aplicable blocks, such as grass, foliage or dirt. No stone, wood or artificial blocks) that then make a sound below your feet, and then vines visually appear around your legs momentarily, until the status effect woyld wear off. (Yes, they would have to make it immune to the milk bucket for it to not be cheesed, I know.)

Another thing I'd like is for the trees to have a slightly more slender, more packed yet varied rng layout.
Some of them should have trunks with knot holes in them (that would be a pretty neat feature. Essentially a natrually spawning and regrowable small (in invintory size) chest in a tree.
The creaking hearts should be a renewable resource. Maybe requiring wax, some sort of mythical minecraft object already in the game, some of the pale logs, a sapling, and it maybe have it be dorment until actovated using something on it, or while it's exposed to something..?
I know it's cryptic and overly complicated and all of this will never (Probably) be implemented or even entertained by anyone.

That's it. That's what I'd like, vut I know most people probably won't read it.

    ooOOoooO a spOOky GhOst~! 👻

  7. Btw, they disappear during the day so that you can't put them in a hole and be done with, they basically respawn.

Also why would you make a mob that only moves when not observed extremely hard to see? Eyes are easy to miss but when you notice them you can see it

  8. I will always say this but make the creaking like the weeping angels, make them faster, make them hit harder, and make them have more animations (another thing it could do is climb up blocks with a special animation like its going to get you even if it has to crawl to do so)
