That’s honestly a fantastic color.
My partner can attest that I *frequently* complain about the stale, boring homogeneity of all the Pleasant Valley Sunday neighborhoods around us. I’d kill to have more houses like this spicing up the landscape.
The prospect of being able to do something like this is why I will *never* tolerate an HOA if I (by some *miracle*, as a millennial) ever get to own a house.
