ModFest has been running regular mod-and-build jams for just about 5 years! You can check out the demo modpacks and worlds from our previous events on [Modrinth](https://modrinth.com/organization/modfest/modpacks)!
Registration for ModFest 1.21 is open now on the [ModFest Discord](https://discord.gg/gn543Ee), and you can read more information about it on the [event page](https://modfest.net/1.21) – but basically: sign up, use any of the themes for inspiration, make a mod from scratch in three weeks, bugfix your way into the fest modpack, and then build something that shows off your mod!
After the dev deadline and building is completed, we open the server to the public so players can view and vote on their favourite submissions! (you might remember our post skating through the last showcase, ModFest Carnival)
Showcase dates will be announced once development closes and we know how many mods have been submitted, so if you’re not a modder stay tuned for that instead.
