Console/phone? If so, the bug that makes the spouse act like they were neglected right after marriage is probably affecting Maru. If pc, or the wedding wasn’t recent, then I don’t know what’s happening, sorry.
In any case, give her loved gifts for some time and don’t forget to talk with her, it’ll surely fix the situation.
