Don’t know what to do on the empty green part under the towers
Plan was to build a garden there but now I think towers looks inconsistent with the rest of the build. I wanted to connect towers with the rest maybe by some kind of roof but I've got no clue how to do one that would look good help!

Not sure, but whatever you do place, I would say to keep it low profile because you don’t want anything tall … it would be competition for visual attention against the building itself.
