I just fought the eye of cthulhu and goblin army one after the other and these holes spawned in my world (they’re only visual digging to them doesnt show holes) why did this happen?

They are projectile trails left from the goblin army that lit up the black areas unexplored.
It’s from the magic guys from the Goblin Army.
