You said you “want to play RAD2,” so sounds like this isn’t a screenshot from your world? In that case the easiest way to find out (if noone else happens to know what structure it is) would be to play the modpack with WITS installed and fly around in creative until you find one, then do /wits. If you have a better PC you could even use Distant Horizons ([Modrinth](https://modrinth.com/mod/distanthorizons/versions), [CurseForge](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/distant-horizons/files/all)) to see it from miles away, especially the totem building.

You can use a mod called WITS while inside the structure to easily find out what it is. Just type /wits while inside the structure. Works without operator privileges. It’s available on [Modrinth](https://modrinth.com/mod/wits/versions) and [CurseForge](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/wits/files/all).
