I would add windows to the bottom left part because it looks very bland. Also try to add some more depth to it because it all feels very flat. Wait also replace the glass on the balcony with black glass panes

I’d add more plants/shrubbery on the outside, as well as more depth

change colours abit if going for modern whilst adding few big windows and some hit or miss details to give it more shape 🙂
