Maybe the collection of squares in the top right is the eyes and mouth of the new mob. In the dark image there are 3 light lines in a similar layout

Sadly, it seems they just recolored the mangrove leaves and other tree textures for this one. Doesn’t mean they won’t add white wood, but those images are probably not it.
That top image, tho… what are you hiding, Mojang????
