The Binding of Isaac is a roguelike video game designed by independent developers Edmund McMillen and Florian Himsl. It was released in 2011 for Microsoft Windows, then ported to OS X, and Linux. The game’s title and plot are inspired by the Biblical story of the Binding of Isaac. In the game, Isaac’s mother receives a message from God demanding the life of her son as proof of her faith, and Isaac, fearing for his life, flees into the monster-filled basement of their home where he must fight to survive. Players control Isaac or one of the 6 other unlockable characters through a procedurally generated dungeon in a roguelike manner, fashioned after those of The Legend of Zelda, defeating monsters in real-time combat while collecting items and power-ups to defeat bosses and eventually Isaac’s mother.

Gnawed leaf and angry fly to kill hush
Mr. Me can be used with gnawed leaf, as he can be sent after an enemy to sick 'em!
Unrelated to that, I don't remember exactly what item I had (I think it was angry fly), but I also had gnawed leaf and started fighting the beast. I got so insanely bored of waiting for the stupid fly I did the joh myself.

gnawed leaf, lost and any orbital is ez game
Isaac's heart, big boi transformation, and american tape… you can lock isaac's heart in the middle of the sprite and the body will act as a barrier… no longer enviromental damage… only laser and explotion damage can hurt you…
Also, if you get virus, e coli or midas touch, you can kill every mob by just walking
Panic button + bait and switch, teleports you before you take any damage
Marked! allows you to shoot with Camo-Undie's fire rate bonus and confusion bonus at all times… as long as you use mouse control (yet another way console players get bent)
Soymilk with any form of status including sinus infection

I killed the lamp with half a red heart at the start of the fight just because of Gnawed leaf and 120 volts
Ive literally done nothing but sit and the boss killed itself from my contact damage

Gnawed leaf is probably the strongest item in the game when paired with a single other item. Any other combo you can still loose

Another fun fact, ghost pepper and birds eye are terrible on tainted blue baby because whenever you fart you'll explode
