Personally I think it would have been a better play to search Bastion chests to obtain the Ancient Debris since he didn't end up getting enough diamonds to mine a piece.

This is SmallAnt's Lockout Mod, very fun, I've done it multiple times with my friends. The "seed" is so good because the mod makes sure that all the tasks is able to be done within a 1k x 1k radius. So if a challenge is "Kill a Guardian" or "Breed a Mooshroom", then its likely that an Ocean Monument or a Mooshroom Island is nearby. You won't get any goal that requires you to go really far in the world.
Of course, most of the challenges require you collecting items, crafting, and doing other tasks so it does take a bit of skill and game knowledge to do this fast. Love to see this mod in a video against others!
