Despite what people say, this is not AI generated, just watch the TikTok. Anyway, I think it is not Minecraft. I believe it is a 3d render, as the blocks sound a bit off, the movement is slightly off, there is no way a shader adds that level of detail, the rain, and the flying seems too smooth (real Minecraft flight glides more).

feature from shaders + resource packs, achievable through labpbr and stuff like that. i believe there are lots of resource packs that do this with shaders, but it’s like ordering lag express and it being delivered the moment u turn those features on. patrix + complementary or that paid seus looks gorgeous but is mostly unplayable unless giga good pc
