I’ve been playing for a year, logged 300 hours, and I’m fully maxed out friendship with Caroline, yet I still haven’t unlocked tea leaves or the tea! I genuinely have searched every chest and I have no idea where I may have put it. I also fear I may have neglected the plant early game and it died off in the season change or it’s possible I threw it away??? I don’t remember ever receiving it.
Are there any other opportunities to get the tea leaves or sapling anywhere else? It’s literally the only thing missing for me to finish all the shipped items. Thanks for any advice!

The tea sapling is also a recipe so I would check to see if you have the recipe unlocked
At (or above) 2 hearts you enter the sunroom via the door in Caroline’s kitchen between 9am and 5pm on a day when it’s not raining for her cutscene and you get the tea sapling recipe in the mail the next day. You can still get it if you don’t have that recipe in crafting.
Edit: You can also go into her sunroom every day from the 22nd thru the 28th, Spring thru Fall, and pluck a tea leaf from her plant.
If you go to Pierre’s, there’s a door in the kitchen. Go through it and you should get the cutscene and a tea sapling from Caroline. On the LAST WEEK of any month, you can go in and collect a tea leaf from Caroline’s tea tree. You can collect once a day every day for that week.
Don’t throw it in the box. If you have a sapling you can grow it but if not you can easily unlock it by having 2 hearts with Caroline
Craft one. Or go to Caroline’s sunroom during the last week of the season and harvest some of hers.
