1: Adds new items, blocks I could use for building
2: It’s free
3: I have been playing since 2011-12

Is that recent update similar to 1.5 and 1.7 here in the room with us?

I haven’t played survival in about 4 years and there is so much new stuff to discover.

Ive stopped looking at snap shots and update posts. Just let me go in blind and discover the stuff myself, it feels so much better.

This is true, at least for me.
Game doesn’t have the same vibe it did when I was 9 playing it for the first time, and that’s ok. I’m a big fan of the new features, especially the Trial Chamber that place rocks!!

Speak for yourself, I love the updates and I’m old

I’ve been playing since 2012 the realm with the boys this last week has been the most fun I’ve had on the game in a while. We aren’t rushing things just taking our time. Some of us are starting to make netherite armor and we have a blaze xp farm but the only other major accomplishment so far has been beating a really easy pillager raid. Just take your time to enjoy the game

Right because updates that add a single mob and thtee blocks are good

My main issue with the updates is that only some parts of it truly feel like they belong into the game.
Like I love the warden and the trial chambers
But i hate pandas, lamas and archeology
I think they tried to push too much of that realistic/ educational crap into the game

Most of the time this is fixed by taking a break off every now and then and limiting playtime. It stretches that feeling of “new game” to the maximum and keeps the game feeling fresh and re-playable after you finish it.

I dont think the updates are bad, I am enjoying the new content. But many people here are overly negative about everything

FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT 🙏
Yeah… I allways enjoy the new updates since it:
1: Adds new items, blocks I could use for building
2: It’s free
3: I have been playing since 2011-12
