I did this farm to get the Rod of Discord, but it’s not spawning many chaos elementals, I tried raise my lucky, but it doesn’t seem to have worked, are they really very rare to spawn or is there something wrong with the farm?

Chaos elementals don’t spawn if you’re standing still for more than 5 seconds, standing behind a player placed wall or if there’s an npc nearby. I’d say use an accessory like the frog legs and just hold jump and get a shadow candle to negate the effects of an npc like the skeleton merchant spawning
